I'm still shocked by how much hair I'm losing. I'm also shocked that I haven't clogged any of our drains yet with massive amounts of said hair {gross}.
I'm finally acknowledging that I need to buy "mom" jeans. Mmmmhmmm. Fellow mamas, I think (at least I hope) you know what I'm talking about. I've been back in my regular clothes for a while now but my low rise jeans are soooo not flattering on my new jelly belly. Any favorite brands/suggestions?
I think sleep training may be in our future. *Sigh*
I'm constantly surprised by/fighting how difficult it is to get out of the house these days.
We jumped into the world of cloth diapering about 1.5 months ago and I think I've officially turned into crazy cloth diaper lady.
Life is much more slow and simple now that we have a child. For the most part, I'm completely ok with that; I acknowledge that this is the season of life we're in. But sometimes it is HARD. The other weekend I told Chad I really needed to get out of the house. You know, just to get out and feel like a functioning human. His response: "Well, we need dish soap. Should we go to Target?" Cue outburst of laughter from me.
I hate teething.
I still hate acid reflux.
I love yoga pants. <---- Embracing the SAHM stereotypes
I love a new addition to nightime routine: NAKED BABY TIME! Last week poor Ellie was in the midst of her first fit of teething and was not a happy camper. But whenever we stripped her down to her diaper she was all smiles and, behold, a new tradition was born. Naked baby + bouncer + soft blanket = very happy baby. Hilarious.
Teething and acid reflux are the devil. That's all I have to say about that!
